The Mt. Vernon choir Spring Sing was on Friday, May 10th and Saturday, May 11th. The shows were held at 7 pm in the high school auditorium.

“It brings everyone together to celebrate the final performance with the seniors,” said Abigail Tucker, 11.

Spring Sing is the whole choir joining together to create a performance. During the performance, there were several solos presented and there were songs performed by different groups.

“It is really exciting to be a soloist because it allows me to sing with my senior friend,” said Mallory McKeeman, 11.

Different groups in choir performed such as Locked Out, Women’s Choir, Men’s Choir, Advanced Choir, and Intro Choir.

“Spring sing is a fantastic show and one of the best shows for all students to attend because it has more modern songs that people would know and it’s fun being apart of the performance,” said Paige Boxberger, 12.
