Olivia Rodrigo fans had been scouring her account for the last couple weeks for changes in her TikTok profile picture. It seemed to be getting lighter and lighter, until finally it turned a pretty light pink.
Rodrigo announced that she is going to be releasing her junior album, “You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love” on June 12. She announced it on her Instagram account on April 2 by saying, “my third album ‘You Seem Pretty Sad For a Girl so in love’ is out June 12. I am so proud of this record and I can’t wait for you to hear it. Available for preorder now!”
Rodrigo released her first album “SOUR” on May 21, 2021. She had multiple hit songs on the album, including “Driver’s License” which is her most streamed song at 2.8 million streams. Her second album “GUTS” was released on September 8, 2023 with her most popular song “Vampire.”
For her newest album, Rodrigo released her newest song “Drop Dead” on April 17. It has a record high of 10.71 million streams globally on Spotify, with 4 million of those streams being the first day it was released in the United States.
