On March 17, the band Journey played live at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis. It was part of their Final Frontier tour. This is one of their most important and extravagant series of performances, as it is their last set of live shows. One of the most amazing parts of this concert was the lighting. Each song had a different color and tone to it, and the lights shined throughout the entire stadium. There were laser beams, spotlights, studio lights and sets of multiple that created perfect ambiance. Each member of the band had a personally-designed instrument, and they all played in harmony. They had great chemistry on stage and made the atmosphere very lively. In addition to the lead singer, other members also sang some Journey songs of their own. There were also multiple guest singers who added their own personal twist to the band’s original sound.Despite Gainbridge being such a large stadium, the screen and stage made it easy to see the concert even from high up. The visuals and light show covered the entire arena, and the band moved around enough to where they could be seen even without the television.Because Journey is an older band, many of the original members have retired or passed away. However, the new ones are just as good, and continued the legacy of Journey well. The main singer, Arnel Pineda, sounded incredibly similar to Steve Perry’s iconic vocals.Overall, the band played all of their most famous songs, plus a few that only true fans would know. The end of the show was full of a heartfelt message from the members about Journey’s legacy, and confetti and streamers raining from the ceiling. It was a great way to end the band’s career. If someone wants to see one of Journey’s last shows ever, they are still currently on tour in the United States, and tickets are on sale online.
