Ghost Energy is the energy drink branch of the Ghost Lifestyle. They offer 20 different unique flavors. Some are less carbonated and more flavorful, while others are more sour and more carbonated.
I have tried most of their flavors, and some are definitely better than others. However, none of them are bad. Some flavors feel like they taste the same as others, but many of them definitely have distinct flavors.
Some of the flavors that stand out the most in terms of taste are Peaches, Welch’s Grape, Raspberry Cream and Electric Limeade. These flavors have outstanding taste, and their carbonation is just right. These flavors also feel more refreshing than others.
Arguably the best part about these drinks is that despite being energy drinks, they are not too unhealthy. Of course, energy drinks inherently are not the healthiest drinks, but Ghost stand out in terms of nutrition. They contain no artificial colors, no sugar, no calories and even though they have 200 milligrams of caffeine, they do not cause me to feel jittery or increase my heart rate like other energy drinks do.
Ghost is definitely worth the purchase. There are plenty of flavors to choose from, and they are healthier compared to other energy drinks out there. They are even reasonably priced, with most cans being priced under three dollars. Places offering Ghost for under three dollars a can include Meijer Walmart, and GNC.
