Wild Blackberry Farms is a place in Fortville where people can pick blackberries in the summer. It is open to the public in July and August. During those months, there are rows of blackberry plants growing. They can be picked and bought.
To start, customers go to the large barn and buy buckets to put the blackberries in. The buckets are weighed and priced after the berries are picked. Once customers have their buckets, they are free to go out to whichever row they want and pick as many blackberries as they want.To start, customers go to the large barn and buy buckets to put the blackberries in. Hello! I’m Addison and I’m a writer/photographer for the newspaper. I normally write reviews about random things and take pictures of things going on around town. I have been on the MV Current staff since freshman year and I am currently a junior. I love music, art, and cooking/baking. I collect things like CDs, action figures, and posters. I listen to music all the time. Specifically stuff from the 70s, 80s, and 90s like Fleetwood Mac, Journey, and The Rolling Stones. I am planning on going to college for Entomology and art.
