“The Flash” actor, Ezra Miller, was convicted of stealing alcohol from a man’s home in Vermont on October 17, 2022. They pleaded not guilty in court. A few months later on January 13, 2023, Miller agreed to a plea deal, where they would plead guilty for only a year of probation. This theft is just one of many accusations against them.

In April 2020, Miller was caught on video choking a woman outside of a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland. In the events leading up to the incident, the woman playfully mentioned that she could take Miller in a fight. The actor seemed angered by this, allegedly said “You really want to fight?” The woman played along, saying to “meet [her] in the smoking area,” but as seen in a video recorded by the woman’s friend, Miller lunged on top of her, placing her in a chokehold and screaming, “This is what you wanted! This is what you wanted!”

On March 28, 2022, police arrived at a bar in Hawaii after receiving a call reporting disorderly conduct at 11:30 that night. According to the HPD, Miller got “agitated” by the people singing karaoke, yelling profanities and using derogatory language, and at one point even grabbing the mic from a woman on stage. Later on, they pounced on a man playing darts, then were asked to leave the bar before being arrested. Miller got out on a $500 bail.

Miller said last year that they have begun “ongoing treatment” for their “complex mental issues,” and in the same statement said, “I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.” As for their future involvement in the DC Universe, where they take on the role of “The Flash” wherever it calls, updates are still pending.

These are only a few of the accusations against Miller, and information on their trial and their efforts to improve themselves are posted frequently by other sources.
