Thor Ragnarok

Thor+Ragnarok

Chris Hemsworth returned to the big screen as Thor for the third movie in the trilogy, “Thor: Ragnarok.”

I was very impressed by the film and loved just about every bit of it. The film was released on November 3, 2017 and made over 400 million dollars for Marvel in the first week that it was released.

In the movie, Thor is imprisoned in another part of the universe. There, he finds himself in a situation that makes him have to fight against the Incredible Hulk which is one of the most hilarious scenes in the movie itself.
Bryston Franke, 12, said, “I love the Hulk and Thor was hilarious.”

Ragnarok is all about Thor’s adventure to survive. This intense journey’s main goal is to stop his oldest sister, Hela from destroying his home planet, Asgard. Hela, in the film is Oden’s first born, sister to Thor and Loki. However, in the original comic’s, Hela is Loki’s daughter which made a couple of fans, myself included, confused.

One of my favorite parts of the movie was when Matt Damon, in a cameo, played “Loki” in a performance before the people of Asgard. I thought it was hilarious scene and Matt Damon was also very funny.

The film itself was truly entertaining and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a movie to see.
