I recently purchased a scalp brush from Zyllion on Amazon in attempt to improve my scalp and hair health.

The Zyllion ZMA12 scalp brush is made of very durable white plastic with flexible rubber bristles of varying shapes to cleanse and stimulate blood flow, which in turn keeps your scalp and hair healthy. It is only $4.95 on Amazon and comes in two colors: green and white, or pink and white. I bought the green one.

When I used the scalp brush, I first shampooed my hair and then parted my hair to brush my scalp using the Zyllion in circular motions. My scalp is very sensitive and I was happy that the bristles did not feel like I was rubbing sandpaper on my head. The handle made the brush much easier to hold. The bristles are far apart enough that they did not make knots in my hair and the hair that collected in the brush was very easy to clean off.

Caitlin Lyon, a reviewer on Amazon, said, “It easily massages the scalp while shampooing your hair. I have pretty severe scalp psoriasis and this makes my life so much easier and doesn’t scratch my skin raw like when I scrub with my fingernails.”

One thing I do not like about the brush is that there is no way to be able to hang it up on a hook in my shower. There is a very small hole on the handle, but nothing in my shower is small enough to hold it. Other than that, I was really pleased with my purchase.
