Sony Headphones Review
March 3, 2023
Sony was founded in 1946 in Tokyo, Japan. Nearly eighty years later, the brand is still very popular. I recently purchased Sony’s WH-CH510 Wireless Headphones in black. They only cost me $60 which is a very good price for name brand Bluetooth headphones.
The headphones have a thirty-five hour battery life when fully charged and can reach full battery charge fairly quickly. They came with a short black charger, which was too short in my opinion as my headphones have to hang while they charge because the charger does not reach the ground.
The sound quality is very good and, even at most high volumes, no one around me can hear my music. These specific headphones are not noise canceling, so this feature was a welcome surprise. I also like that I can enjoy my music and hear the people around me.
The sleek look of the headphones is another component that I favor. The brand is on each side but there is no excess clutter or anything. Some brands overcrowd their headphones with several different buttons with different features, but Sony’s do not. There is an on button, buttons for volume and a charging port. I prefer headphones that are simple like that, so I am a fan of the design.
Another nice design feature is that the headphones’ earpieces, which are the circular pieces that go over the ears in an over-ear headphone, turn flat so that they can be either worn more comfortably around the neck or set down flush. This is a great feature, and I like how convenient it is. It also makes storing them much easier.
Overall, I would recommend these to anyone looking for non-noise canceling headphones and give them a ten out of ten.
