Pre-season track workouts

Girls’ track is on its way. The pre-season workouts will start after students return from winter break. It is highly suggested that individuals do start working out before break if they are at all interested in being on the team.

Mr. Kean Coy, the girls’ track coach said, “Building a base is critical for staying healthy throughout the lengthy season to formulate the correct workout plan for individuals and groups.”

February 1-11 is the official start of mandatory conditioning every day after school. From February 12 through the rest of the season, practices are mandatory unless excused/discussed at the beginning of the season. Coach Coy is willing to answer questions at [email protected].
