Fall is finally here and there is no better way to celebrate than by dressing up for Halloween with a cute or spooky costume. Thinking about autumn, what comes to mind? Pumpkins, orange leaves, s’mores? One can take a fall related object and turn it into a costume.
A ghost is an easy and traditional costume, grab a sheet and cut three holes – two for the eyes and one for the mouth. Add flare to the ghost by adding a cowboy hat on top or a lei around the neck.
Going trick or treating with a group of friends? The Python Nu Kappa, also known as the PNK from Monsters Inc., is a group of girls too. Their vibrant skirts and matching sock warmers will attract a crowd of amazement and, to top it off, this is a great group costume that has friends in matching pink sweaters.
For the more dark and mysterious gals out there, try dressing up as Wednesday Addams. Her symbolic black braids and her classic flowery dress will do the trick. Besties can even dress up as Wednesday and Enid Sinclair, her roomate. Although Enid has a lot of clothing options to choose from, her bright striped sweater and floral shorts with matching Converse attract an eye from afar.
With all the shadowy decorations and pumpkin spice flavors, what is not to love about Halloween? Joy from “Inside Out” is just as excited for Halloween. Her sparkling, short blue hair and sunshine yellow dress bring cheer to everyone. If one has anxiety, cover it up in a white and orange striped turtleneck sweater and brown bottoms.
Whether an individual dresses as a ghost or wears a pink sparkly vest, there is something for everyone to trick-or-treat in.
