Middle School Talent Show

Thursday, March 30, 2023, several students from Mount Vernon Middle School performed a talent show. With acts ranging from singing to solving Rubik’s Cubes, all members of the audience were given a night to remember.

Eighth graders, Nate Blessing and Alex Clayborn, performed a duet on guitar and bass.
Chance Williams McCready, an eighth grader, made a beat by tapping pencils on a table.
Seventh grader, Lily Beeson, played “Rondo Alla Turca” on the piano.
The awards were on display to help provide motivation to the performers.
Lydia Rivers, an eighth grader, sang “Journey to the Past.”
Elias Gomez Bossio, a seventh grader, solved Rubik’s cubes that had been scrambled by the judges.
Sixth grader, Charlotte Guthrie, danced to Kenny Loggins’s “Footloose”
The winners were given their trophies by the stars of “Legally Blonde.”
Eighth grader, Reagan Faulk, sang “Almost There.”
