Flying First Class

Snacks provided on the flight

Flying first class is probably a lot different than most people think. My first class experience is a bit limited, as I’ve only ever flown with Delta. First of all, people in first class are not usually given a meal, unless they are flying around a standard meal time and have a longer flight. We were offered a meal on one flight, and the options for the meal included a chicken-raspberry summer salad and a tomato and mozzarella sandwich, along with two other options that I cannot recall. I ordered the tomato and mozzarella sandwich. It was a pretty good sandwich too. Each flight had unlimited snacks and drinks offered.

The seats are nice, and are pretty ordinary except for more leg room. However, on one flight which was really big, there were really nice seats that were more like cubicles, and the seats were reclinable. There was a monitor in front of the seat which could access over a hundred shows and movies, and I watched the movie “Avatar.”

Some extra features that first class had were free earbuds, reclining seats for the larger flight, early boarding, and more drink choices, unlimited snacks and drinks, and a bathroom that was for staff and first class only.

I overall really enjoyed flying first class, and would totally do it again. Everybody was extremely polite, and it was a really fun experience.
