Valentine’s day is coming up. That means hearts everywhere, red and pink themed candy in stores, and of course, gifts.

Gifts can be pricey, so this Valentine’s day surprise a special loved one with one of these DIY gifts.

 

• Date idea jar

 

What you’ll need- An empty glass jar, decorative stickers, a label or a piece of paper and tape, paper and markers.

How to make it-

1. Decorate the jar and add a label with “Date Ideas” written out on it.
2. Write out date ideas on small strips of paper.
3. Fold the pieces of paper and put them in the jar.

 

 

• Coffee koozie

 

What you’ll need- Crochet hook and worsted weight yarn.

• Lucky Charms Only Marshmallows Jar

 

What you’ll need: – Empty jar, decorative stickers, decorative tape, paper, and about a cup of the marshmallows from a box of Lucky Charms.

How to make it-

1. Separate out the marshmallows from the box of Lucky Charms and put them to the side.
2. Decorate the jar with stickers.
3. Use decorative tape to tape on a piece of paper and write out label “just the charms (extra lucky)”
4. Put the Lucky Charms marshmallows into the jar.
